Established in 2016, Cognia Eiendom has built a property portfolio with a growing focus on energy-efficient buildings and central locations. The company has also developed a portfolio of industrial sites and established itself as an important player in eastern Norway.
The company operates in two areas:
Real estate development, leasing and sales, including concept development for Cognia’s core businesses and external projects, delivered independently or in partnership with others.
Management and operations – professional operation and maintenance of owned and leased properties, providing stable conditions for both owners and tenants.
This dual focus enables us to provide complete solutions that combine future-oriented development with dependable management.
Cognia Eiendom is responsible for managing approximately 50,000 sqm of buildings and owns about 30,000 sqm.
